Support Options

We offer a number of differing support options to help support your business.

Hourly Billing – 

Our hourly billing is based portal to portal and is designed for the customer that has the occasional need for IT support or backing up an existing IT department. We bill in .25 hour increments and all service calls are tracked and recorded in our web based service management system. Customers are kept in the loop on all service related items so that they can learn from service calls how to resolve the issues, to avoid having to pay for the same issue multiple times.

Block of Time Billing – 

Our most popular service offering is our Block of Time support contracts. They never expire, and it allows you to control your support costs. You receive significant discounts to buy blocks of time in 50, 100, or 200 hour blocks. Each service ticket is generated and billed against the block of time at the discounted rates so you’ll always know how much time you’ve got remaining on the current block of time.

Annual Contracts – 

Customers wanting a fixed IT expenditure may enter into a SLA (service level agreement) guaranteeing response time, and capping repair and support costs based on covered items.
